STUHRCPH negotiated and signed a contract on behalf of a Aarhus based company to do as above.

In order to ensure that the engineers could pass through Copenhagen Airport, we asked for a "pass-note" which is the above one given by our Prime MInister Mette Frederiksen

Why that? Well some countries in Europe did not close as strong as we did in Denmark, so daily flights from Amsterdam to Copenhagen took place by KLM and as well planes came in from Seoul to Amsterdam.
