Clear goals, a rapid ability to change when needed, you must have or be able to think in "contingency".

Its actually very simple. It mean that you have an obligation or must posess an willingness to accept responsibility for your actions and also as a leader, for your teams actions. Be ready to give the fame way, and always take the blame!

My partners & myself are true to what we can do (and cannot do). We are happy to assist as advisors or part of an board team, to advice business owners and investors how to navigate the ever-changing landscape of doing business. New Technogies, Political changes are just few of the tasks any operational management team must face, and adjust to. Above may be a board or a less "excecutive type like an Advisory Board.
